This program is designed for employees who need transition support but can not attend face-to-face meetings because they live in smaller communities that are not within easy commute of a city. This integrated program uses technology and coaching sessions over the telephone to effectively enhance the benefits for the employee and ensure support for an effective and active job search. It is normally time defined depending on the needs of the employee and organization.

Overall the program includes:

A dedicated consultant to provide coaching over the telephone via a toll free number
Regular telephone sessions to keep employees moving forward toward their next job
Provision by courier of the LMC Job Search Manual, sample resumes and cover letters related to the employee's areas of employment interests
Full assistance in resume preparation using telephone and Email support during the drafting, editing and fine-tuning phases of the process. All consultants are connected to the Internet. Employees receive copies of resume.
Internet based career assessment, self-assessment and testing, which, based on the length of the program, can include the Birkman, MBTI, CISS and EQI HTML to Assessment . Comprehensive reports are mailed or emailed to the employee and fully reviewed in a scheduled telephone session to establish career direction.
On going review of ad response, networking, self marketing, and thank you letters
Extensive preparation for interviews and full review of actual interviews including follow-up strategies, pattern analysis to detect any issues around success in getting second interviews or on receiving job offers.
Posting of individual's profile on LMC web site that can be viewed by prospective employers
Assistance in developing and executing job search action plan
Access to LMC job board as well as over 100 job search and research links
Evaluation of job offers and assistance in negotiating permanent or contract agreements with prospective employers
