| Sample Q & A
An interview is no longer you just answering questions but a dialogue,
a conversation with a purpose. The purpose, as far as you are concerned,
is to show your interviewer(s) how your qualifications and background
meet the requirements of the position.
Even though interviews can range from highly structured panel formats
to informal, "all-over-the map" one-on-one meetings, you
will need to prepare yourself for any situation. You cannot, and
should not, try to control the interview, but you can be proactive
in ensuring that you share with the interviewer(s) all relevant
information they need to have in order to determine your suitability
for the position.
