For the Executive
Assists key
management on an individual basis to:
- Develop a
viable career direction;
- Realign behaviours
to improve job effectiveness;
- Modify behaviours
that create credibility problems; or
- Implement
new role behaviours to reflect a more strategic mindset.
Process includes:
- Behavioural
based testing and 360° reference feedback
- Developing
a career plan or behavioural improvement plan which is agreed
to by the employee and sponsoring organization
- Working closely
with coach in one-on-one sessions
- Optional
job shadowing to accurately determine rate of progress in behavioural
change
