To assist management and professional staff with their career development or effectiveness in their current role.

  • Demonstrated commitment to key employees
  • Can work as part of an integrated retention strategy
  • Promotes skills and career development that supports organization's strategic direction

For the Executive

Assists key management on an individual basis to:

  • Develop a viable career direction;
  • Realign behaviours to improve job effectiveness;
  • Modify behaviours that create credibility problems; or
  • Implement new role behaviours to reflect a more strategic mindset.

Process includes:

  1. Behavioural based testing and 360° reference feedback
  2. Developing a career plan or behavioural improvement plan which is agreed to by the employee and sponsoring organization
  3. Working closely with coach in one-on-one sessions
  4. Optional job shadowing to accurately determine rate of progress in behavioural change
