Career Coaching



LMC, recognized for its career management expertise, has developed a Career Coaching program that gives employees the tools and confidence to establish a clear career direction in line with their future goals and their organization’s needs for success.

This program is ideally suited for highly regarded employees who are facing career crossroads. It is offered as three options to best suit the needs of the employees and the organization.

Option 1: Full Career Assessment

  • In depth interview with career consultant
  • On-line career review exercises
  • Testing - Birkman, MBTI, CISS
  • Test report review and discussion with career consultant to increase employee’s awareness of present career stage relative to the organization’s realities and own career needs

Option 2: Full Career Assessment / Development of Career Plan

  • Full career assessment (refer to Option 1)
  • Series of career coaching sessions
  • Development of comprehensive career plan reflecting experience, strengths, values, preferred work environment and organizational needs.


Option 3: Full Career Assessment / Development & Implementation of Career Plan

  • Full career assessment (refer to Option 1)
  • Development of career plan (refer to Option 2)
  • Extensive coaching session to implement career plan and deal with:
    • Organizational realities impacting employees action plans
    • Evaluation of options to achieve career satisfaction
    • The realities of job searching internally
    • Reviewing progress and fine tuning action plans
